[Gen 5] Wild Dust Cloud & Flying Shadow Phenomena miscalculations

Hello! I was recently attempting to RNG a few more Phenomena-appearing mons, specifically one that dwells in Dust Clouds in BW2 (Steelix) and I encountered a bug in the Beta Gen 5 Wilds PokeFinder build. While the Generator skips a few of the advances (presumed by me initially to be those at which an item is generated instead of a Pokémon encounter), the list is not quite accurate - in one testing for instance, only 3 out of 20 individual advances actually yielded the expected Pokémon - the rest either giving a different mon (different PID/slot) or an item instead (most did the latter). Checking the same seed & advances with Bambo Rambo's latest RNG Reporter fork, I could see that there were a lot more item generating advances vs what PF displayed, all of which lined up perfectly when testing.

As such, it seems there's some bug in PF where it's not calculating the advances where mons are generated 100% correctly, for Dust Clouds & Flying Shadows, instead giving (wrongly) generous results vs what the reality in fact is. Perhaps this is a factor of these 2 types being included and mixed with Rustling Grass in the Special Grass category, which may cause some conflict in the calculations/results, given that the latter does not generate items?

Let me know if you need any more details and ty in advance for checking this!

Tested in latest commit, issue confirmed for the item part.

PID and IVs generation are perfectly fine instead. You can check it in this commit build.
