Display advances that do not generate an encounter (/item) for Gen 4 fishing and Gen 5 Hidden Grotto RNG

Kinda annoying to have to track advances (and in Gen 5 see the initial frame) using a different tab/method. Would be FANTASTIC if advances that don't generate anything could just have the advance number and chatot pitch displayed with the remaining fields maybe being empty or having a - in them or something.
