[Gen 4] Pokeradar research shows not hittable spreads

This happens because the spreads target advances trigger the wild encounter, which will cause a +1 rng call even if repel or a item/ability to decrease the encounter rate is used. You can see Steps for wild encounter: 1 in the screens below: it means that those specific advances will trigger a wild encounter.

The encounter check should be added in Pokefinder research (generator and researcher), to hide these spreads.
