[Gen 5] Wild Special Surfing & Fish encounter in the Generator crashes the program

I wanted to test to see if there was a delay off by 1 issue like there is in Special Grass encounters (see https://github.com/Admiral-Fish/PokeFinder/issues/421 ), for the Surfing and Fishing options too, and to my surprise, it appears that clicking the 'Generate' button when using either Special Surfing or Special Fishing Encounter types in the Generator tab, will simply crash the program! No matter what filters are set, as soon as your click it, boom!

Lmk if you need anything else, and hope you can address this!
