Add type column in preferences table

Add a type column in preferences table to get the possibillity to return strict parsed values and not only strings

This should be done later. For better plugin integration I have plans to expand the preferences table so that the whole configuration is represented in the database table and preferences dialogs will be generated automatically. Maybe version 3.2.
