Watermark not working correctly?

In Permissions if the Watermark field is left empty, no Watermark (no default even) shows when displaying the photo - if something is entered as the desired Watermark, then instead of picking that up, it appears to pick up the tag line for the photo itself. As in pics below. Thanks!

That is the expected behavior. Within that field the photographer should be entered and he has the copyright of that photo.

Maybe we should add an option not to show the photographer and everytime the watermark value.
