Feature Request: Quickspin and other spins tweaks MM & OOT

Option to tweak the damage output of the spin attacks.

Option for quickspin to use different buttons to pull off (can be discussed on what those buttons are).

Option to remove cooldown for quickspin.

Option for shorter charge for the charge spin.
