SSL Pinning function

please add SSL pinning. Now I use NGINX as reverse proxy to solve this problem🙏🏼

Some DNS-over-TLS servers use self-signed certificates, such as Lorraine Data Network and NIC Chile.

The feature would be useful for using with them.
