[KernelSU compatibility] "Unmount modules by default" issue

When this option is enabled in Kernelsu apps return SSL errors like this one: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.

Does anyone have any idea why and if there is a way to use the module and that function at the same time? For the apps that don't have root permissions/module mounted the https filtering won't work as intended. And if you don't use global unmount some apps see root permissions and can't be used.
