Add a new redirect resource for go.pardot.com

Currently, we have a problem with blocking Pardot trackers: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/cname-trackers/blob/master/trackers/pardot.json

Blocking it causes some websites to stop working properly.

Let's consider adding a stub for their script to make sure that websites continue to work smoothly and we could finally block it.
