Rules does not apply to `akakce.com`

The problem is when you turn on 5 content blockers with AdGuard filters, the rules below from the AdGuard Turkish filter does not apply to the site. We have them in the optimized filter and I don't see any exceptions for the site. They will work fine if you add them to the User rules.

Mosty, you can reproduce it on AdGuard for iOS, but sometimes AdGuard for Safari has the same. There is no problem on other extensions like AdGuard for Chrome or desktop apps.
