[QUESTION] if path or URL of the source is not available

  1. What will happen if a path or URL of the source is not available? How long will hostlist -compiler wait for it?
  2. Can I edit the waiting time for the URL of the source and the time when the output file was created (specify the time zone)?
  3. "Validate" - "Discards rules that are too short" - how short?

As I recall, 60 seconds is the default timeout.

yes, specify the time zone ... it shows me Last modified: 2020-03-17T08:41:26.048Z when my watch shows 11.41

That's UTC time, I think it makes sense to have it there instead of some specific time zone
