Issue Details

The current DnsLibs iOS/macOS integration is missing TCP support. This causes issues in a situation when we're dealing with a truncated DNS response: OS will fallback to TCP and DnsLibs won't be able to process the request.

Expected Behavior

DnsLibs should handle TCP traffic.
