Improve protection from DPI against SKT

Issue Details

Starting from 2025 Aug 29, AdGuard CoreLib-based app and Unicorn Pro app cannot bypass DPI filtering of SK Telecom.

Proposed solution

Research how AdGuard app can bypass it.

Is there any configuration for GoodbyeDPI that's able to bypass? https://github.com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI

If there's none then it's likely that the only way would be to use a VPN.

It seems that AdGuard app can also handle this as Unicorn Pro (released at Aug 29) can do.
