Add $urlskip modifier of uBlock Origin

Issue Details

Some websites, notably Google search result page replace clean urls with tracking urls to track users and gather data. It makes opening the url slower and make it harder to right click copy to share a website without click to open first.

Proposed solution

Support $urlskip in CoreLibs and https://github.com/AdguardTeam/tsurlfilter
