Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable AdGuard URL Tracking filter
2. Update it
3. Open https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.v06.car.driving.mega.city&hl=uk&gl=US&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dreal+car+driving%3A+race+city+3d&pcampaignid=APPU_1_khVYZZPmHP6Hxc8P6-im6Ac&pli=1 in Chrome

Expected Behavior

Parameters referrer, pcampaignid are removed like on AdGuard for Windows.

Actual Behavior

Parameters referrer, pcampaignid are not removed. The rules are in the optimized filter, but for some reason they are not applied.

Hm, I didn't notice it on the AdGuard for Windows 7.15n31. To be honest, I don't know how to check the version of CoreLibs on android. Do you know if they have a task for that? If not, could you please move it there?
