ABP Japanese filter should be removed from the list

Issue Details

• AdGuard version:
  v2.8.0
• Browser:
  Samsung Internet version 27.0.0.79
• Device model:
  STK-L21
• Operating system and version:
  Android 12

Expected Behavior

The counts feature at the website is broken due to adguard content blocker is breaking elements.

Actual Behavior

Still an issue. Adguard content blocker is breaking a lot of the websites
