Allow custom lists, like all the other Adguard Products

Problem Description

Adguard for Samsung does not allow custom list to be set. It only allows for the predefined lists. All other products from adguard allow a custom list URL to be installed

Proposed Solution

Allow the user to input a custom list to be used for ad filters.
