Assistant UI/UX improvements

Please note, that this issue covers both Safari and Chrome/FF (despite that this repo is for Chrome/FF only).

1. Protection button label depends on the button state: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForMac/issues/765
2. "Pause" button positions: I am not too happy with how they're positioned in the current version.
   • Safari, global "Pause" button: attracts too much attention. Can we move it to the same place where it's located in the Chrome/FF version?
   • "Pause for 30 seconds" - something is off with it's current location.
3. "Open filtering log": I don't think we even need it to be there. It's not useful to a regular user, and others can open it using the program menu.
4. Chrome/FF: it seems to me there is too much free space, and the domain name is too far from the button that controls the protection state for this very website: https://uploads.adguard.com/up04_Monosnap_k6rgo.png
