Add an ability to manage AdGuard VPN via browser assistant

Hi,

I don't have adguard VPN running all the time (don't need to and don't want to). It would be great to be able to manage Adguard VPN with the browser assistant too, for example turn the VPN on, add site to exclusion list etc.
