Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable DNS protection
2. Enable Airplane mode
3. Then Disable Airplane mode

Expected Behavior

VPN tunnel has appeared in system and functions as usual

Actual Behavior

VPN tunnel infinity trying to reconnect entering a cycle.

Additional Information

The option "Restart protection when network changes" in Advanced settings doesn't change the result.
