@calvincorrieri I don't have this problem recurring. How often does it recur, how long do you have to wait before the problem starts to appear?

To troubleshoot this issue, we need to get the app logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  • Open Settings --> General --> Turn Advanced mode on --> Advanced settings --> Turn Debug logs switch on;
  • Reproduce the issue and remember the exact time when it happened;
  • Disable "DNS Privacy";
  • Open the settings --> Support --> Export logs;
  • System popup will be opened --> Choose "Mail" app
  • Enter [email protected] as a recipient;
  • Mention this issue number in the subject and add the time the issue was reproduced at.

@calvincorrieri any news?

maxikuzmin avatar Jul 01 '24 11:07 maxikuzmin

I reinstalled the app, and only enabled the dns filter list, with dns and safari protection enabled. It takes a while for gmails to download, but I’m not getting the connection error anymore.On Jul 1, 2024, at 6:55 AM, maximkuzmin @.***> wrote: @calvincorrieri any news?
