Bottom bar when updating filters is very bright in dark theme

Bottom popup when updating filters is very bright in dark theme.

Expected Behavior

The bottom popup when updating filters is dark gray in dark theme. After all, in a light theme you have a light gray popup, not black.

@rakleed The bottom bar currently has a compromised colour to suit both light and dark themes. If other users consider this request important and vote for it by putting 👍 emoji, we'll definitely make the colour of the bar darker.
