[YouTubeAdsActionExtension] Is the manual action to trigger the user script really necessary?

I was wondering, since there are extensions such as @quoid's userscripts that allow to run JS on page load for a specific site. Can't AdguardForiOS do the same by loading the userscript automatically and only require the action when using the native YouTube app?
