Remove 'Some content blockers are disabled' notification if Safari uninstalled

I recently switched to iPhone from Android and installed AdGuard to the new iPhone. I am getting a continual notification in the AdGuard app asking me to enable AdGuard for safari. Safari is not installed on my iPhone. It was uninstalled and a different browser is installed.

How do I get rid out that request from AdGuard to enable AdGuard for an app that is not installed on the phone?
