If they added to User rules - AdGuard is not detected.

@Alex-302 Reproduces also with other domains from the list. For example: ifon.ca, cnwintech.com, dokazm.mk, thetruedefender.com, vodnews.pl. But not with every single domain listed. Washingtoninformer.com, muzikonair.com free from anti-adblock banners.
Not reproduced at the moment. Probably fixed by https://github.com/AdguardTeam/FiltersRegistry/pull/655
