In the user rule editor iPhone automatically replaces default quote marks with custom ones

Issue Details

If you input user rule manually iPhone automatically replaces default quote marks with custom ones. Safari user rules and DNS user rules do not work properly with custom quote marks.

Expected Behavior

AdGuard user rules editor automatically changes custom quote marks to standard type.

Actual Behavior

AdGuard user rules editor saves rule with custom quote marks.
