Remove the link to the VPN app if the App Store is Chinese

Currently, AdGuard apps are not available in China because they were wrongly attributed as "VPN" apps (due to us using the VPN API).

We will try to appeal this decision one more time. However, in order for that appeal to have a chance to succeed, we will need to remove all links to the AdGuard VPN app if the user is from China.
