Filters take a long time to update

• AdGuard version: AdGuard Pro for iOS v4.1.1

• Operating system and version: iOS 14.5.1

Issue

After the last app update v. 4.1.1 updated filters aren't downloaded when app is first launched. The wheel in upper right corner just spins and it says "updating" in the middle of the screen. No matter how long you leave it, it never updates filters. Re-installation doesn't help.

@zzebrum how could you make it even worse in 4.3.0 (876)? Now checking for updates takes 30-50 seconds (even if all filters are updated), although in 4.2.2 it was at least 7-15 seconds.

@rakleed Hi! Earlier, we showed the incorrect update state, and now it has been fixed. But the update speed still can be improved. So, we will improve it in the 4.4 version.
