In the web reporting app, the field about using DNS filtering is filled in incorrectly

• Operating system and version:
  • iOS 14.4.1

Expected Behavior

In the web reporting app, the DNS filtering usage field is filled in as "Yes" when DNS filtering is enabled.

Actual Behavior

In the web reporting app, the DNS filtering usage field is filled in as “No”, although DNS filtering is enabled.
