Styling an App is not as simple as changing a bit of CSS code to alter the UI. I am not saying that is what you think, what I am saying is to be patient. If you've got a Visual Disability (see https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForiOS/issues/1502#issue-565442729) the App does support using Bold Text accessed via Accessibility Settings. It helps. Not with everything within the App's UI but it helps nonetheless and may prove helpful for you until a new design is pushed to the App Store in a later release.
