Add a "Pause protection" feature

This feature request is submitted by user 2220319.

Can you add features like disable for 15 min, disable for 1 hour.

And also URL schemes to switch this on and off so I can use this with shortcuts app.

Was looking for a feature like this and glad to see it as being implemented, but I can’t find it. Is this documented anywhere?
