Problem with AdGuard and Kaspersky antivirus

Las páginas web me cargan muy lento. Primero pausé AdGuard y dejé activo Kaspersky y noté que ya no iba lento, luego al dejar AdGuard activado y pausar Kaspersky, el problema de lentitud se fue. Esto me permitió concluir que el conflicto ocurre cuando ambos programas están activos al mismo tiempo. En Kaspersky me metí a exclusiones y coloqué la carpeta adguard. Elegí esos parámetros y reinicié. También aclaro que desinstalé y volví a instalar AdGuard para tener todo predeterminado y me sigue yendo lento, siempre tengo que pausar adGuard para que vaya fluido.

@HomerkingX Hello!

Could you please try the following: 1. Open AdGuard → Settings → General settings → Advanced settings, enable Redirect driver mode, and check whether the loading speed improves. 2. If the first option doesn’t help, open AdGuard → Settings → Network and disable Use WFP driver.

Please let us know if either of these solutions improves the loading speed.

Hello, I only did step 1, and it improved. Now it's fast, but I have a problem. When I loaded Twitter (x), that error appeared for a second and then the page loaded immediately. But when I tried to log in to GitHub again, that error appeared and it didn't load immediately. I had to refresh the page. Now it's fast, but I get that error.

Do I disable Use WFP driver?

First, please remove the AdGuard folder from the exclusion list in Kaspersky and check if the issue persists. If this does not resolve the problem, proceed to disable the WFP driver.

Please let us know what changes you notice after these steps.

I thought it was working fine, but after a while it started failing again. It's not as frequent as before, but I still get that error where the page doesn't load and then loads immediately. I also got an error I'd never seen before when trying to access a page. I've noticed that in the Discord app, when a page doesn't load, if I enter it, Discord stays black until it loads again. I accessed a translator page and recorded two videos to test how it works with AdGuard enabled and disabled. When it's enabled, if you watch the video, a loading circle always remains, as if it were constantly loading something...

In that case, could you please install the latest Nightly version of AdGuard for Windows, which is available via the following link: https://agrd.io/windows_nightly

This build contains the newest version of our filtering libraries, where the issue may already be fixed. Please note that the Nightly version is AdGuard v8.0, which has undergone significant changes compared to earlier releases.

If the issue still persists on the Nightly build, please send us your application logs — we’ll need them to continue diagnosing the problem. Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Collect the debug log as it's explained here.
  2. Remember the exact time when the issue was reproduced.
  3. Send the archive to [email protected]: — include [windows] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email — specify the exact time when the issue occurred

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/71bbc3e8-2367-4392-b167-950226d7adf5 I uninstalled AdGuard and reinstalled it from the link you sent me. It installed, and I restarted my computer. Now the protection restarts every second. Web pages load slowly.

Did you uninstall AdGuard along with your settings? If so, please disable the WFP driver again. You can do this in AdGuard → Settings → Network.

Тоже имею последнее время проблемы совместимости Adguard и антивирусных продуктов от Kaspersky. Как минимум с версиями Adguard 7.22.1, 7.22.2 и 8 Beta 2 и на 8 версии Adguard (8 Beta 2) также ещё дополнительно у меня тоже появилась проблема с перезапуском защиты в Adguard по кругу бесконечно.

I've also been having compatibility issues with Adguard and Kaspersky antivirus products lately. At least with versions of Adguard 7.22.1, 7.22.2 and 8 Beta 2 and on version 8 of Adguard (8 Beta 2), I also had an additional problem restarting protection in Adguard indefinitely. (translated by an online translator because I do not know English)

Здравствуйте! Пожалуйста уточните какую версию Adguard Вы сейчас используете. А также по поводу антивируса: укажите точное полное название антивируса который Вы используете и его точный полный номер версии.

Я использую Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3 (21.3.10.391)

Имейте в виду что я использую online-переводчик поскольку я не знаю английский язык.
