Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start protection.
2. Enable HAR capturing advanced settings.
3. Stop protection.
4. Go to C:\ProgramData\Adguard\Logs\

Expected Behavior

HAR directory with a .har file created

Actual Behavior

Nothing created.
