Incorrect filter update time readings in tooltip

Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Check for filters updates
- After 2~3 minutes, hover the mouse over the AG icon in taskbar. It says: "Adguard 8.0.0 Beta 1 (5231) Protection is enabled. Filters were updated 1 hour ago" instead of the correct one: "Filters were updated 3 minutes ago"
- After 15 minutes, hover the mouse over the AG icon in task bar. It says "Filters were updated 2 hour ago" instead of the correct one: "Filters were updated 15 minutes ago"
Expected Behavior
- Hover the mouse over the AG icon in taskbar.
- The Pop-up for filters update should show the correct time since the last filter update.
