Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Open AdGuard and manually disable Annoyance blocking
- Then try to enable it again (It doesn't work) (It's greyed out)
Expected Behavior
It should enable it right away when clicking on it.
Actual Behavior
It's greyed out and doesn't become enabled when trying to toggle it on.
