Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- open Adguard
- go to the Protection tab
- try to toggle Annoyance blocking on or off.
- click into Annoyance blocking
- toggle any setting on that page on or off
Expected Behavior
toggles should slide on or off when clicked
Actual Behavior
nothing happens. toggle remain unchanged when clicked.

Additional Information
on further testing, it seems that activating the Annoyance filters in the Filter editor causes the toggles to work as they should.
