Can you update to the latest Windows version and check if this problem persists? If so, please send the debug logs to us.
Here's what we need you to do:
- Collect the debug log as it's explained here.
- Remember the exact time when the issue was reproduced. We will need it to find the corresponding records in the log file.
- Send the archive to
[email protected]and mention this issue number in the subject.
The problem has been solved. There were some problems with the system files when updating 24h2 before. The service programs of many programs could not be opened normally, and they have been restored by reinstalling the system. Thank you for your reply.

Sorry, there have been some issues that I haven't replied to recently. After reinstalling the system, adguard can now be used normally. It should be a malfunction that occurred during the system upgrade before.
