Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Install 7.19.0 Nightly 3
- Reboot
- Main AG for Windows window appears on boot.
Expected Behavior
As with previous versions and the previous nightly, unless the Open main window at system start-up is enabled, AG for Windows' main window should not appear.
Actual Behavior
AG for Windows' main window opens. Open main window at system start-up is NOT enabled.

Additional Information
This is new to 7.19.0 Nightly 3. Previous nightlies and betas (and stable builds) don't do this. Reproduced on both the main PC and in a Windows 11 virtual machine.
@northis reproduced with these steps:
- Install the latest Nightly
- Enable Open main window at system start-up feature
- Reboot
- Disable Open main window at system start-up feature
- Reboot Logs are attached to the task
