Issue Details

Issue 1: Cosmetic rules don't function in Internet Explorer

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add example.org##body rule to User rules.
2. Open Internet Explorer and check example.org website.

Issue 2: Legacy Assistant is not present in Internet Explorer

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Legacy Assistant in AdGuard Settings
2. Open Internet Explorer and check any website.

Expected Behavior

Issue 1: Cosmetic rules don't function in Internet Explorer Body of example.org website is removed

Issue 2: Legacy Assistant is not present in Internet Explorer Legacy Assistant is present

Actual Behavior

Issue 1: Cosmetic rules don't function in Internet Explorer Body of example.org is removed in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer.

Issue 2: Legacy Assistant is not present in Internet Explorer Legacy Assistant is present in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer.
