Filter editor sometimes works incorrectly when rule is edited

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install latest nightly build
2. Open filter editor
3. Add a rule, for example - example.org
4. Click 2 times on the rule to modify it
5. There should be cursor to type something, but focus is lost (it doesn't happen always, so if you cannot reproduce it, click somewhere and try to repeat this step again). When there is no cursor to type something (edited line is still focused) and something will be pasted, then it will be added to new line.
6. Click on the same line (this one which is focused) and edit it
7. Add new rule
8. Previously changed line will be reverted to the previous state
