Issue Details

Currently, AdGuard for Windows runs as an x64 emulated application on ARM processors. This can significantly impact performance.

Compile an ARM-specific version of AdGuard for Windows

Any updates on this? I am using adguard on all of my devices and my latest is an arm windows 11 tablet. Adguard is very slow on it, but I can't really stand to browse the web without it anymore
