Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add https://dns.alidns.com/dns-query and https://doh.pub/dns-query addresses within one DNS server (example)
2. Surf several sites and check filtering log (the first address is displayed as a DNS upstream)
3. Remove https://dns.alidns.com/dns-query address via Edit DNS server button
4. Surf several sites and check filtering log

Actual Behavior

https://dns.alidns.com/dns-query is still displayed in filtering log

Expected Behavior

Editing works (https://doh.pub/dns-query is seen)
