Time counter for filters updates not works

What filters do you have enabled?

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard URL Tracking filter, AdGuard Annoyances filter, AdGuard DNS filter, EasyList

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce: 1.Right click in AG icon in Taskbar 2.From menu select "Check for updates" 3.Perform the filter update. 4.Hover the mouse in AG icon and check the time. 5.After i.e. one hour, hover the mouse once again and check the time. The time remains the same Bug started in version 7.16 beta 1 and still remains in following versions = 04-12-2023 7.16 Beta 1 7.16.4501 (CL 1.13.89, DL 2.4.17 ) 18-12-2023 7.16 Beta 2 7.16.4524 (CL 1.13.104, DL 2.4.32 ) 22-12-2023 7.16 7.16.4539 (CL 1.13.108, DL 2.4.35 ) 23-12-2023 7.16 7.16.4542 (CL 1.13.115, DL 2.4.37 )
