Issue Details
When you first download the app, the pop-up window doesn't adapt to dark mode (If you're using dark mode in Windows). Also, the text Activate license doesn't fit well in the pop-up window.
Expected Behavior
Pop-up windows should be adapted to the dark mode when if you using dark mode in Windows 11, etc. And text should be fit in the pop-up window.

There is only one appearance of this screen so it's by design. As for locale related issue, we'll check it out thanks.
