Implement MAC randomize/hide like "tmac" feature for Stealth Mode

Can you add into stealth mode new feature "mac hide" or "mac randomize" on windows pc its possible with software like "tmac". For mobile devices is limited function in native android settings, you can use only on wifi, not mobile (cellular) data.

Proposed solution

Add feature "mac randomize" into adguard for windows and for android (maybe work on mac and ios too). Feature like "tmac" or android limited for wifi only, but works for all include pc and mobile phones, your sollution can work with mobile/cellular data too.
