Browser Assistant can't load when AdGuard is closed but allowed to filter

  1. Install the latest build (nightly) and Browser assistant
  2. Right click on tray menu - Close AdGuard, but continue filtering
  3. Open Assistant

Expected behavior

All options are available

Actual behavior

It says AdGuard is not running
