Advanced filter editor does not work correctly with "+" and "-"

Go to: Settings -> Ad Blocker -> Filter editor -> User rules -> click on "pencil" (Advanced filter editor)

Steps with "-": already have a few rules in "User rules" -> choose the top rule -> open the "Advanced filter editor" -> click on "-" -> my rule is deleted. If I press "-" many times, I will delete all the rules and won't notice it in "Advanced filter editor". After exiting "Advanced filter editor" all rules will be deleted.

Steps with "+": open "Advanced filter editor" -> click on "+" -> nothing happens in "Advanced filter editor", but if I click on "+" and type something, then press ENTER -> a rule will be added and when I leave "Advanced filter editor" I see the new rule

To summarize: "+" and "-" should not work when we are in the "Advanced filter editor"
