Metadata is partially deleted after reinstalling a filter

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the latest nightly
  2. Go to Filter editor
  3. Delete Base filter
  4. Install it again

Expected behavior

The filter is installed with all needed metadata

Actual behavior

The version and update time is deleted
