Filtering log is stuttering when enlarge and shrink

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Filtering log
2. Enlarge and shrink the Filtering log like as in the video

Expected behavior

There's shouldn't stutter or at least it should less in the Filtering log

Actual behavior

There's stutter when you enlarge and shrink the Filtering log. Maybe because of CPU usage?
